Our Projects

Life-Changing Community Projects

We are focusing on six life-changing projectsโ€”initiatives that will directly impact the villages we grew up in. Each project is realistic, achievable, and powerful enough to uplift entire communities.

01

Healthcare

Because No One Should Die from a Lack of Basic Care

In DADARAN, a village of nearly 35,000 people, medical care is a luxury few can afford. Women give birth without a doctor, children with infections have nowhere to go, and a simple wound can be fatal.

๐Ÿ“Œ What This Clinic Will Have
โœ” One primary treatment room for emergency care (stitches, infections, wound care, minor procedures).
โœ” A designated maternal health room for childbirth and prenatal care.
โœ” A small pharmacy stocked with essential medications and vaccines.
โœ” One local doctor and two nurses to be trained for primary care.

๐Ÿ“Œ Estimated Cost: $100,000 USD
Construction & Infrastructure $50,000
Medical Equipment & Supplies $30,000
First-Year Operational Costs $20,000

๐Ÿ’ก Once built, this clinic will be handed over to local health authorities for management.

Building a Bridge in DADARAN that Connects Two Villages

Because No Child Should Walk an Hour Through a River Just to Get to School

๐Ÿ“Œ What This Bridge Will Have
โœ” A steel-reinforced concrete structure to support cars, pedestrians, and livestock.
โœ” A designated pedestrian lane for safe crossing.
โœ” Road access improvements on both sides.

๐Ÿ“Œ Estimated Cost: $500,000 USD
Design & Engineering $100,000
Construction (Materials & Labor) $300,000
Access Roads & Safety Installations $50,000
Contingency Fund (10%) $50,000

Building a Micro-Hydropower Plant

Because Villages Have Waterโ€”But No Electricity

๐Ÿ“Œ What This Plant Will Have
โœ” Small-scale turbines powered by the local river.
โœ” A mini power grid to distribute electricity to homes and schools.
โœ” Storage batteries for backup power.

๐Ÿ“Œ Estimated Cost: $150,000 USD
Turbines & Power Generation System $80,000
Construction & Infrastructure $50,000
Installation & Training $20,000

๐Ÿ’ก Once built, electricity usage will be managed by local authorities and a village cooperative.

04

Internet Club

Because Knowledge is the Greatest Weapon Against Poverty

๐Ÿ“Œ What This Club Will Have
โœ” Five computers with a reliable internet connection.
โœ” A local server for research and learning tools.
โœ” A designated study area with tables and chairs.
โœ” Electricity connection with backup power.

๐Ÿ“Œ Estimated Cost: $50,000 USD
Facility Setup
$15,000
Computers & Networking Equipment $15,000
Internet Installation & Setup $10,000
Annual Operational Costs $5,000
Training Programs $5,000

05

Agriculture

Because Farmers Deserve the Tools to Thrive

In rural Afghanistan, farmers grow rice and wheat but lack the facilities to process their crops. Many must travel long distances to have their grains milled, reducing productivity and increasing costs. By building local processing factories, we ensure that farmers can process, package, and sell their products efficiently, improving their livelihoods and strengthening the local economy.

๐Ÿ“Œ What These Factories Will Provide
โœ” Rice milling machines to remove husks and refine rice for sale.
โœ” Wheat grinding mills to turn harvested wheat into flour.
โœ” Storage facilities to keep processed grains fresh.
โœ” Training for farmers to enhance agricultural efficiency.
โœ” Job creation for local workers in grain processing.

๐Ÿ“Œ Estimated Cost: $100,000 USD (for both factories)
โœ” Facility Construction & Setup โ€“ $40,000
โœ” Rice & Wheat Processing Equipment โ€“ $30,000
โœ” Storage & Packaging Infrastructure โ€“ $15,000
โœ” Operational Costs for the First Year โ€“ $10,000
โœ” Farmer Training & Management Support โ€“ $5,000

๐Ÿ’ก Once built, these factories will be locally managed, ensuring long-term sustainability and economic growth.

Clean Water

Because No One Should Drink Unsafe Water

In remote Afghan villages, thousands of families rely on contaminated water sources, leading to deadly waterborne diseases. Women and children walk miles daily to fetch water, often risking their health for survival. With deep wells, we can bring safe drinking water closer to communities, improving health and daily life.

๐Ÿ“Œ What These Wells Will Provide
โœ” Safe drinking water for villages, reducing diseases.
โœ” Hand pumps or solar-powered pumps for easy access.
โœ” Deep wells (40-100 meters) to ensure reliable water supply.
โœ” Water filtration to maintain quality.
โœ” Community training on maintenance and sustainability.

๐Ÿ“Œ Estimated Cost: $50,000 USD (10 Wells at $5,000 Each)
โœ” Site Assessment & Groundwater Survey โ€“ $5,000
โœ” Drilling & Construction โ€“ $30,000
โœ” Pump Installation (Hand or Solar Pump) โ€“ $8,000
โœ” Water Quality Testing & Filtration โ€“ $4,000
โœ” Community Training & Maintenance Support โ€“ $3,000

๐Ÿ’ก Once built, these wells will be maintained by local water committees to ensure long-term sustainability.
